"Susie wholeheartedly, believes that clear and consistent communication with buyers and sellers, is the key to any successful real estate transaction"

After many years as a working actress in California, then 10 years living and working on television in NYC, Susie and her husband made the move to Northern Westchester in 1991, to raise their three children in the Pound Ridge and Bedford area.

She quickly determined our personal preferences and taste, and promptly lined up and scheduled viewings for us. Her negotiating skills were sharp, her knowledge of the nuts and bolts of the purchasing process was extremely thorough, and her persistence kept the process moving swiftly and efficiently. Every step of the way Susie was in close contact with us personally and the state of affairs of the house transaction. We felt we were in firm, reliable hands the whole way through. In the end, we can say that she deftly ushered us through a difficult process with a cheerful, friendly and comfortable style. We now consider her a friend and she is welcome visitor to our new home at any time.

Susie Pratt’s real estate professionalism is in a category of it’s own....
Searching for and purchasing a new home is a significant undertaking and as such it is finding an individual, that special professional with extensive experiences who will match not only the emotional aspect of the process, and your lifestyle preferences, to know where to start looking. Susie Pratt’s skills encapsulates all the assets of that person and more.
Susie is not only discriminating in her choices of properties to view, she will go over an beyond to ensure that once the acquisition process starts, she can support all your requirements from scouring the right professionals to help complete, to providing a first class list of trades people to steady the nerves. Indeed, we were living in a mountain state during our home search, and Susie would attend the property in our stead, if we needed someone to act on our behalf, rain or shine or snow (which was most of the time).
What's more, her attention to detail is without doubt first class, her knowledge base is that of a professional way beyond her years, from the nuances which differentiate the contemporary to the traditional homes of Westchester and of course the geography and environs of greater NY and Connecticut; she will leave no stone untuned if she feels something is remiss in what is on show.
Without Susie, our home search could have been an experience that one would wish to forget, instead, our home reminds me of some of the fun, extended (she once, on our insistence, accompanied me and my husband to Red Hook, without even the roll of an eye) journeys, giddy
lunches, and finally, a less painless closing that one could experience. Susie's skills are in a category all on its own, and to wrap things up, she’s trilingual too.
